What We’re Looking For

The short version: better cards, better comics, interesting collector pieces, and things that fit the 8-Bit Rips mix.

Sports Cards

Vintage, stars, rookies, autos, numbered cards, patches, oddballs, and better modern.

Comics

Keys, better runs, ASM, TMNT, horror, sci-fi, Bronze/Copper, and interesting indie books.

Graded Items

PSA, SGC, CGC, CBCS, and slabs with actual collector demand.

Vintage

Pre-1980s sports, older comics, sets, stars, type pieces, and collector-grade nostalgia.

Pop Culture

Gaming-adjacent items, toys, magazines, sealed items, ephemera, and nostalgia-driven pieces.

Weird but Good

Oddballs, regional issues, scarce items, hard-to-comp collector stuff, and the occasional “wait, what is this?” piece.

How It Works

Simple, realistic, no pressure.

Clear photos beat long descriptions. You do not need to have everything cataloged before reaching out.

01

Send photos or bring items by.

Front and back photos help. For larger lots, a few overview shots plus close-ups of better pieces is usually enough to start.

02

We take a realistic look.

Condition, demand, comps, liquidity, grading potential, and fit all matter.

03

We talk options.

Direct purchase, trade, consignment, grading, show pickup, or passing for now.

04

No pressure.

If it’s not a fit, we’ll say so. If another path makes more sense, we’ll say that too.

Fit Check

Not everything is a fit — and that’s okay.

Usually a Good Fit

  • Vintage sports cards
  • Star rookies
  • Better modern inserts, autos, and numbered cards
  • Graded cards and comics
  • Key comics or better runs
  • TMNT / Spider-Man / horror / sci-fi
  • Interesting oddball collectibles
  • Small-to-medium collections

Probably Not Ideal

  • Common modern base only
  • Damaged bulk
  • Random household items
  • Huge unsorted collections with no visible better pieces
  • Items needing formal legal appraisal
  • Coins, stamps, jewelry, or art outside our lane

Bringing Something to a Show?

Reach out before the event.

That helps us make time, bring trade stock, and avoid making you lug three monster boxes across a parking lot for no reason.
